PEOPLE AGAINST THE TVA EXPANSION

TVA will gladly point out and claim that people still live close to their lines and substations in expensive houses.  What they WON'T openly discuss is that the 1st land owners affected by their expansion will lose the greatest in property value!

This Study published by the SOUTHWESTERN LEGAL FOUNDATION states that property values of plats near affected properties can lose up to 30% of their land value, and affected properties (those with easements) can lose up to 90%.

According to this report by the VIRGINIA PROPERTY RIGHTS ASSOCIATION, "Nice homes next to power lines can lose $25,000.00 of their value". 

TVA is leaving you with only two options - FIGHT BACK or MOVE OUT.  As voices of dissent have become more silenced in our country, they are gambling that you will choose to LEAVE YOUR HOME UNOPPOSED!  PROVE THEM WRONG!!!!
